Best Bootcamps is a goal based program that is built over a 3 month period. You set the goal and we will help you get there! Circuit based training twice a week with an elite personal trainer that can help with nutrition and supplement advice and custom nutrition programming, as an option. Expect to work hard but have fun at the same time. Work with others that are working towards their own goals and helping you push through to hit yours.
Short but intense sessions Monday 6.30pm and Thursday 6.30pm at the Fitness Lodge £40/month totalling 8 sessions (£5 per session) Come join a group that push and motivate each other and have fun at the same time.
