In 2010 I went on a boys holiday with several mates that were all footballers. They were all lean guys as a result of their sport. I have played rugby since I can remember and played at a high level in England and in New Zealand, but due to injury my promising career turned into social playing enjoying the 'social' drinking side more than the actual playing aspect and as a result had unknowingly let myself go. When I looked through the photos after the holiday I was shocked at just how much weight I had put on. The toned , muscular rugby player that I once was had vanished and had turned into an out of shape, beer drinking, takeaway eating cookie monster. This HAD to change, I could not believe what I had done to myself, I had no one else to blame except for myself, so it would be up to me to change it.

Like many people I set myself a new years resolution to get fit. I swore off alcohol and takeaways and dedicated myself to the gym and healthy eating. I knew that once I got into the routine I would never look back. Its not about dieting on and off all the time, its about changing your lifestyle for the better. Many people break their resolutions after a few weeks, to date my resolution has lasted 8 years. It is all down to your mindset and thought process. When you want something enough, nothing will get in your way. As soon as you change your mindset your body will soon follow.

Setting yourself a goal and making yourself accountable to someone to keep you on track is the first step. I posted on Facebook way back in January 2010 'I want to set myself a goal, I want to be featured on a fitness magazine front cover within 2 years of this statement'. All the negative comments that followed that status have simply spurred me on to be better and better, trusting in my ability to just get it done.

Now I have experienced huge success in all areas of my life, I have built a career from nothing to working on Magic Mike, appearing on Britain's Got Talent, dancing, modelling, training celebrities such as Ed Skrein (Transporter, Deadpool, Game of Thrones), Kerry Katona, and Sinitta and, most importantly to me, helping others through my personal training and now I want to help you.

​Now I lead a life with flexibility focusing on my health and enjoying my training and mindset work. Setting habits and a routine that I don't need to cheat or take a break from, I now share my knowledge with my clients and help them achieve the same.

The after pictures speaks volumes. I can honestly say, Ollie was the man that made me change my body, through his knowledge to training, along with the correct diet advice.
